Terms of Service

1.1. Trudify is an online platform connecting customers with professionals for various services. The platform allows users to post tasks and find qualified specialists to complete them.

1.2. Trudify, as the operator of Trudify, provides technical infrastructure for connecting customers and specialists. The operator is NOT a party to contracts concluded between users and is not responsible for disputes arising from such contracts.

1.3. The platform is free to use. All transactions and payments are negotiated and made directly between customers and specialists, without Trudify's involvement.

1.4. By registering on the platform, users agree to these Terms of Service.

2.1. To use Trudify, you must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to enter into contracts under Bulgarian law.

2.2. Users may register as individuals or as representatives of legal entities.

2.3. Each user may act as a customer (task poster) and/or as a professional (service provider).

2.4. Platform use is prohibited for persons:

• Under 18 years of age
• Subject to pending legal proceedings in Bulgaria related to fraud or other crimes
• From countries under sanctions or embargo

3.1. Registration is available via:

• Email address and password
• Google account
• Facebook account
• Phone number (SMS verification)
• Telegram

3.2. Users are fully responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of their password
• All activities performed through their account
• Immediately reporting unauthorized access

3.3. Information provided during registration must be true, accurate, and current. Users are obligated to update their data when changes occur.

3.4. Each user may only have one account. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in termination of all related accounts.

4.1. Users agree to:

• Maintain professional and respectful behavior
• Meet agreed deadlines and conditions
• Ensure quality execution of commitments
• Communicate honestly and promptly

4.2. The following is prohibited:

• Using automated means to extract data
• Copying platform content for external use
• Creating mirror copies of the website
• Using incompatible software to interact with the platform
• Publishing surveys, data collection forms, or links to such

4.3. Contractual relationships between customers and professionals are entirely between them. Trudify does not participate in these relationships and is not responsible for their execution.

5.1. Publishing the following is prohibited:

• Ads for paid review writing
• Links to MLM (network marketing) schemes
• Explicit sexual content
• Gambling-related ads
• Illegal services or goods
• Offensive, discriminatory, or hateful content
• False or misleading information
• Spam or unsolicited advertising messages

5.2. Administrators have the right to remove content that violates these rules without prior notice.

6.1. All intellectual property rights of the Trudify platform, including the logo, design, software, and content, belong to Trudify.

6.2. Transfer of intellectual property rights between customers and professionals is governed by their individual agreements. Trudify does not participate in these arrangements.

6.3. Users warrant that they possess the necessary rights and licenses for materials they publish or use on the platform.

6.4. The following is prohibited:

• Framing the website via iframes
• Creating mirror copies
• Distributing content without permission

7.1. Users bear full responsibility for selecting professionals and customers. Trudify does not guarantee the quality, reliability, or qualifications of users.

7.2. The platform does NOT create employment relationships between users. All relationships are civil contracts between independent parties.

7.3. Trudify does not control and is not responsible for:

• Work methods of professionals
• Working hours and schedules
• Compensation and payment terms
• Terms of contracts between users

7.4. We recommend users check reviews and ratings before hiring a professional or accepting a task.

8.1. Trudify expressly disclaims all warranties - express or implied - regarding the quality of services provided through the platform.

8.2. Trudify is NOT responsible for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Data loss or lost profits
• Disputes between users
• Quality of performed services
• Non-performance of contracts between users
• Damages caused by third parties

8.3. Trudify does not mediate payment disputes between users. In case of problems, users should seek legal protection through proper legal channels.

8.4. The platform is provided "as is" without warranties for uninterrupted operation or absence of errors.

10.1. Users agree to defend and indemnify Trudify, its employees, partners, and affiliates from all claims, damages, liabilities, and costs (including attorney fees) arising from:

• User behavior on the platform
• Providing or receiving services
• Violation of third-party rights
• Violation of these Terms of Service

11.1. Users may terminate platform use at any time by deleting their account or by written notice to support@trudify.com.

11.2. Trudify reserves the right to terminate or restrict user access without notice in case of:

• Violation of Terms of Service
• Illegal actions
• Behavior creating risk for the platform or other users
• Multiple violation reports received

11.3. Upon termination:

• Outstanding obligations remain in effect
• User loses access to the account and related data
• Published reviews and ratings may be retained

11.4. Response time for online inquiries is up to 20 business days.

12.1. Governing Law: These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria.

12.2. Dispute Resolution: Disputes shall be resolved through negotiation. If no agreement is reached, the competent Bulgarian court in Burgas has jurisdiction.

12.3. Changes to Terms: Trudify reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes take effect from the date of publication. Continued use of the platform after publication of changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12.4. Notices: Official communications are sent via email to the user's registered address or through publication on the platform.

12.5. Severability: If any provision of these terms is declared invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

12.6. Translation: In case of discrepancy between the Bulgarian version and translations to other languages, the Bulgarian version prevails.
